Data we collect
We only collect the data that is strictly necessary, and in the smallest amount possible:
- Contact details you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email, subject and message), solely to reply to your request.
- Aggregated, anonymous browsing data, through a cookieless analytics tool (see «Cookies and traffic analytics»).
- We do not collect special categories of data, we do not profile users and we do not sell data to third parties.
Cookies and traffic analytics
This website does not use profiling or tracking cookies and shows no advertising. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.
Traffic analytics (anonymous, cookieless). This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a traffic analysis tool that installs no cookies and collects no personally identifying data. Data is aggregated and anonymous and is used solely to understand website usage in statistical form. For this reason no cookie consent banner is required. Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to requests sent via the form or by email: legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6 GDPR).
- Understanding website usage in anonymous, statistical form to improve it: legitimate interest, with no processing of identifying data.
Providers and transfers
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and anonymous cookieless analytics.
- Web3Forms — email delivery of messages sent through the contact form.
- Any transfers outside the EU take place under the safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Data retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous and cannot be traced back to your identity.
Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights granted by Art. 15-22 of the GDPR:
- Access to your data and its rectification or erasure.
- Restriction of or objection to processing.
- Data portability.
- Lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
